Family on Dad's side is fucking annoying

So like 2 weeks ago I had a conversation with my Uncle (highly bluepilled boomer). He seemed sort of like he was trying to mog me subconsciously. He showed me a picture of when he was young and said "See i was handsome and leaner than you, now I'm fat and so is everyone else in the family, you see trvechud, its the destiny of every man to end up fat." I'm paraphrasing a little but that's essentially what he said. I also dislike my aunt because she criticizes me and my mom for not making me eat rice, beans, etc (grainsludge). What's funny is I'm probably the only one who eats organ in that family which is a million times tastier and less socially acceptable than grainsludge.
