oh my fucking god bruh, why do these niggas have to make the most high calorie high fat goyslop with ZERO protein, I had to eat 2000 calories today (obese tier) just to get like 40g of protein, it has to be some form of sabotage, this is why I’m always starving yet still 15% bodyfat (fucking fatass basically) with zero muscle
