my brother told me h was going to buy the local milk, sardins&stuff on the market(past. and homogenized to break fat, but at least it doesnt have preservatives just milk.) while i go gym then i get home&he didnt bought and the market was closed, when i js asked why to him and my mom patiently and they started screaming at me for no reason and started sayin I was neurotic because I was taking this looking good thing way too seriously&started lying that im gonna get stick bc this milk it spoils and gives me diseases(freakin past milk without preserv& much process
) should i just stop trust them to do the shopping&do it myself now 100% of the times yk it kinda sucks not being able to count on my family for anything, they just telling me to eat the slop they buy and its been like this for years;my brother didnt buy because he said he was having stomach problems/eatingslop) what should i do
