I knew King Von, Durk, BossTop, Track, Memo, DQ, Muwop, everyone in that set. I knew their families and people like Kayla B. They were good people. They took me to Parkway Gardens a few times. Obviously I wouldn’t just hang out over there but even if I did nothing would have happened to me. They would’ve thought I was an undercover cop - i’m a 6’7” skinny white guy.

Were they all really that hard? No. Were some? Yea.

Did Durk and Von even live in Chicago? No.

Were they even a top 10 most violent set? Probably not.

Ultimately a big city like Chicago and the outerlying areas has legitimate serial murderers that don’t make music. Some active shooters in Englewood or these neighborhoods have killed upwards of 20 people. Think like - a 19 year old Latin King member that will shoot at a seconds notice.

Most of OTF was older. They weren’t out here like the shorties are out here. Nobody wants to go to jail for life.

In Chicago you can only truly be active for a year or two max before you get viciously gunned down or put in prison for life.

It’s a lot of woofing on the internet for clout. This city can be terrifying for anyone. A lot of neighborhoods - in the back streets - if you drive around a second time (so if you make two loops around the block) someone will open fire on you with a machine gun. That’s how it is.
