idk about yall but this is the case for me. if i go without fapping for a week or so my inhibition gets lower in general.

yeah post nut youre low inhib. but when you fap everyday it makes you more nervous in general.

i also think that nofap is bullshit unless you have the chance to get laid while doing it. it is best to fap once a week. that way you let that energy out and still not addicted. but with fapping its either everyday or not doing it at all its hard to do in between.
