I would recommend you play sports or do something productive but I know you won't because it's hard not to fap as a teenager.

stop coping nigga tall people literally live the same way everyone does, they get tall bc their genetics allow them to
maybe eating at a caloric surplus could increase height potential during puberty, that's about the only thing I can imagine. i always ate like 1800 calories or so and I didn't have much of an appetite and ended at 5' 8", who knows if I'll have a second growth spurt but I'm eating at least 2.6k calories per day now and I am gaining weight

my advice is gain as much weight as you can during puberty tbh, be a fatcel

I normally fapped about 3-4x a day and if find after the first one, in the am, I would just lose all motivation and be lethargic af.

One downside is now I can't even get hard, and even if I wanna edge a bit, dick stays soft
