I just think that a lot of people use fashion as a cope to make up for flaws in other areas. On top of that, all the money one has to spend to look that way can be a burden. Especially if you are a wageslave.
Maybe if you go tho the thrift shop they might have something, but you would have to be fairly good at styling clothes(a skill not many people have)

All in all you are right to a degree but there definitely is a point of diminishing returns.

I would honestly say smelling good and having good hygiene with a nice hair cut and perfect clear skin, is a much better halo than fashionmaxxing and thats just me being completely honest.

Yeah cringe fashion obsessed mfs are frustrating. In my opinion they’re very punchable people. probably making up for their height or a lack of affection their parents didn’t give them growing up. They always wear shit like Off-White or Supreme and still don’t pull any bitches, usually because their mandible looks like a melted stick of butter

In terms of fashion It doesn’t always doesnt have to be a burden for wagecels. There are a lot of stores that sell brand clothes for a steep discount that are even more common in the suburbs than the city, where I live. Ross is one. They don’t have a single one in nyc

Also imma keep it real with you since I’m someone who saves money, I shoplift occasionally. I have good manners and don’t act “hood” because of the way I was brought up so I never got caught for it

it’s easier than your parents might have made it seem, but I only steal one piece a month because I’m not some kind of menace that doesn’t buy anything
