Fast Debloat

i’m on vacation for a few days but coming back tomorrow. i’m trying my best to eat good here but definitely bloated myself with the food. after coming back i have school on the next day. what do you guys recommend for a fast debloat? any particular foods? i know about most of the high potassium ones but still any recommendations about what should i eat and should i do cardio?
 
cardio + sauna, lots of water and bananas, black coffee is good but the best thing for me is green/black tea + ginger + lemon in the morning.

@victor111 don't listen to this iqlet retard nigger. That shit is poison. NEVER drink coffee or tea, and especially ginger. Limit carb intake and try to eat lots of fatty meats. Bananas are cool in moderation, but not ideal in winter. If you're going to work out do cardio and shit like that, but there is no "debloat fast method."

Caffeine, herb diuretics, potassium rich foods like bananas and russet potatoes, exercise, sauna, and lymphatic drainage

If you have low bf percentage you can starve for 4 days drink almost no water like 800ml or 1L max then eat something like meat, eggs only to hit the protein goal starve until the day you want to cheat and try to not drink water for 20 hours i don't recommend if you're still young but it's the faster way to debloat in one week but not healthy
