eat it like 2-4 times a wewk
 
i eat it every day
kebab, mcdonald, pokè, sushi
 
im going now to burger king in sweatpants, i dont even care anymore

Winning/Mogging people is a better cope and actually boosts self esteem
 
I don't feel that good after eating fast food anymore, when i just want to cope with food i eat pizza and some chips. But yeah food is a great cope.

Yeah, was just saying that I can't consume most of the fast food anymore. There are the only two i can.
 
After eating healthy food for a long time, my body just don't like fast food even though it tastes good. I guess it kinda good in a way

I noticed I can feel bad emotionally If I eat too much junk food

So I try to eat "junk food" maybe once or twice a week, to get some unmoggable dopamine

otherwise I remain healthy
