natural ways
- do weight training
- keep the body fat as low as possible because fat cells contain aromatase
- make sure you eat all vitamins and minerals, zync is the most important for testosterone
- make sure you eat good fat like eggs or olive oil at least once a day (HDL colestherol is converted into testosterone by human body)
chemical ways to increase testosterone
- finasteride (if you are balding)
- aromatase inhibitor drugs
- anabolic steroids + aromatase inhibitor + liver protector
- SARMs + aromatase inhibitor + liver protector
liver protectors are supplements that contain milk thistle (I suggest Simylarin from Prozis)
that's all. all other ways to increase testosterone are scams. any legal supplements that claims to rise testosterone is a scam, any training metod reported to increase T is a scam. (squats and deadlifts included)
if you suspect you are genetically low T you should do a blood test to control theese hormones: LH, testosterone, prolactin, estradiol (progesteron is possible too). If theese levels are actually fucked up, an endocrinologist doctor will prescribe you a treatment.
