natural ways
- do weight training
- keep the body fat as low as possible because fat cells contain aromatase
- make sure you eat all vitamins and minerals, zync is the most important for testosterone
- make sure you eat good fat like eggs or olive oil at least once a day (HDL colestherol is converted into testosterone by human body)

chemical ways to increase testosterone
- finasteride (if you are balding)
- aromatase inhibitor drugs
- anabolic steroids + aromatase inhibitor + liver protector
- SARMs + aromatase inhibitor + liver protector

liver protectors are supplements that contain milk thistle (I suggest Simylarin from Prozis)

that's all. all other ways to increase testosterone are scams. any legal supplements that claims to rise testosterone is a scam, any training metod reported to increase T is a scam. (squats and deadlifts included)

if you suspect you are genetically low T you should do a blood test to control theese hormones: LH, testosterone, prolactin, estradiol (progesteron is possible too). If theese levels are actually fucked up, an endocrinologist doctor will prescribe you a treatment.

fin increases testosterone by stopping it being converted to dht, but still dht is just a stronger/more androgenic version of testosterone anyway so the net androgenic effect is negative

According to some studies finasteride users experience a testosterone increase of roughly 15%

Well, whether dht has beneficial androgenic effects that's up to debate

Why are you trying to increase your testosterone in the first place?

It literally does, it binds to receptors more easily and stays there for much longer
Also being as low bodyfat as possible will actually crash your T levels

Yeah, that's correct but aside from growing your dick during puberty I never heard of dht being beneficial. Testosterone is mainly responsible for bone growth , dht only makes you look older and balder

It raises T because it's not converted to DHT. But it's retarded to take it for that reason because DHT is more powerful lol

No, DHT is more responsible for bone growth. Testosterone has more effect on muscle and voice. DHT doesn't directly make you bald either, it's about genetics

Stop coping your bones are not going to grow anymore

I never fucking said so you turkroach rat. I only said DHT is responsible for it

What blood test?

How do you know that exactly? I've always thought it's all about testosterone when it comes to bone growth

What blood test?
this is an example of bloodwork (blood test) for testosterone and estradiol

Cause DHT is more potent for those areas but not for muscles. If DHT was synthesized in the muscle you'd look like a gorilla because it's so potent

to gain muscle or masculine features (but I'm not sure testosterone can give masculine features to adults)

Maybe try creatine for the increased DHT conversion. Most masculine features are determined by prenatal androgen exposure

I blew up in the gym when I took fin.

adult FTM transexuals change their face, body and voice with testosterone

SARMs are research drugs that work on androgen receptor to increase testosterone. WADA banned them as doping substance in 2009
I know what they are, it's just that they do not raise testosterone. They actually lower it and a pct is sometimes needed after taking them.
