How should I use Androgens and pharmacology to increase my clavicle width or if I need to increase height?

16, 175, likely around 15% BF 6’3, how would I go about widening my frame slightly and possibly height, but I hopefully should grow more as my brother is 18 and 6’4 and my Father grew 4 inches after HS to be 6’8
