Genes are law here, but what's your diet looking like? You should be eating as much protein as you possibly can while remaining in a deficit. But yeah, it's tough as fuck.

Forget about studying when ure below 15% accept you have to be a bit softer if you want to function i had the same problem and nothing i could do unless you abuse weight loss drugs

Skinny guys are either hella active or don’t eat a lot/not get hungry most of them barely hit 2k calories a day.
