Fast weight gain?

17, 6’3, 143 pounds I’ve always been a skeletoncel becuase my appetite is so shit. My face is dog shit but I atleast want to get my physique good.

Does anyone have any good ways to gain muscle and weight fast? Maybe peptides or something. I’m planning on just making high calorie shakes and gymcelling everyday but this is normie advice obviously
 
You gotta learn to eat mate. You need to LOVE FOOD to gain weight. Weight gain is something that doesn't just come to you when you wish for it, you have to do something in return to get it. Start putting your focus on food. Act like you're a sumo wrestler having lunch, nothing is off limits. Doesn't matter if it's unhealthy. Start watching food porn, invest yourself into that shit. Little beta soy boy high calorie weight gain shakes aren't gonna do it for you, that is the most unnatural trash that has ever been formulated and fabricated on EARTH. Only eating "real" food will do the trick for you. Follow my advice and you'll gain weight in no time. Don't forget to "gymcel" aswell, having a high caloric intake + training will give you more muscle mass in the long run. A win win situation basically.

6’3 and 143 is like death tier. Normally I wouldn’t advise gaining weight fast, but eat whatever you can to get up to like 180. Drinking calories is easier than eating them. Make shakes with whole milk, oats, peanut butter, protein powder, honey, and whatever else you want to throw in. One of those a day on top of your caloric intake from food can add a lot of calories. Fuck, you can even melt ice cream in the microwave and drink it. Eat cheeseburgers or other calorically dense foods, eat whatever you enjoy to get calories in.

Here's how you can effortlessly eat in a calorie surplus
  • Eat while you watch movies/shows/videos. (you will eat more)
  • Have bigger serving sizes, on bigger plates.
  • Eat Calorie dense snacks such as Nuts and Cheese
  • Try not eating for two days. At most you will loose two pounds, but your appetite will go crazy, and you'll quickly gain that back and then some. Basically you reset your appetite to craving more food.

Why would you wanna gain weight fast? Jfl just try eating more calories than you burn and go to gym (make sure to get enough protein)
