Okay, so this in this thread I'm going to show you guys a fast proven way to lose 10-20 lbs fast. This will not be easy but anything worth doing is not easy so here we go. Don't be a little bitch
To Start off you are only going to be eating this soup as well at only drinking water.
This soup is called "Peel-a-Pound Soup"
This Soup was served to people that needed heart surgery but where too fat for the surgery.
You are going to eat this soup for as many days as needed, generally around 7-14 days.
The reason why this soup works is because your body burns more calories digesting it than your body intakes from the soup, this will allow you to lose weight very quickly.
One key factor why this is different than most "Diets" is that you can eat as much of the soup as you want, this means you will potentially never be hungry while on this diet.
Recipe
1 large can of Stewed or Whole Tomatoes
1 Envelope of Onion Soup Mix (optional)
4 Cups of Water
6-7 Beef Bullion cubes
1 Head of Cabbage
1/2 Stalk Celery
2 Bell Peppers
2 Onions
5 Garlic cloves
Directions
Into a large dutch oven or stock pot, add 1 large can of stewed or whole tomatoes.
Add 1 packet of Onion Soup mix.
Add 3-4 Cups water along with 6-7 Beef Bouillon cubes and mix well, then heat mixture over med-high heat until boiling.
While mixture is coming up to a boil, cut up your vegetables and add them to the pot.
Once soup is boiling, turn heat down to med-low for a slow rolling boil and cook with lid on until vegetables are tender (30-90 mins).
Summary
If you want to lose weight fast now that it's summer and you can see how fat you really are now that you are wearing a t-shirt than this diet will workout great. The key is to stay consistent as well as once you finish the diet make sure to eat healthy whole unprocessed foods.
Bonus
If you want to lose and extreme amount of weight very very quickly then combined this diet with lot's of exercise as well as fasting and only eating between a small period of the day.
