I don’t have anything against Indians, only the ones who hate us, or those who falsely claim that we are all the same because genetics have disproven this (we are genetically very diverse). My family migrated from Jammu centuries ago, I do have some overlap with some but in total, that’s like 4 million out of 1,4 billion people. Then again, I don’t represent the average Pakistani since I’ve got a migration history. There’s also dindus who are gate-keeping my community while not even being a part of my community. :forcedsmile: “S-saar you can’t be [my ethnic group] because you are mozlem, saar. Only dindu can be [my ethnic group], saar!” Retards.

No reason? My reason was weight loss. I achieved that. :feelsyay: And also, it’s been ~9 days in total since I did 4,5 days right before I started this second fast.

i ate 12k calories last night while high asf and completely ruined this week's deficit

but i dont feel guilty at all bc i still have 3 months til summer + im basically finished cutting anyway

I’m not a gymmaxxer so this isn’t a bulking/cutting thingy for me, I just wanted to get rid of some weight. What did you eat?

It doesn’t go slow, but my days are longer. I don’t sleep much when I fast. Good luck with waterfasting! Nice, 20 hours! You’re almost 1/3rd into your goal. You got this! But yes, it’s definitely boring not being able to eat but it also builds willpower and self-control. Make sure to take your electrolytes! I don’t do it myself but it’s what every faster is supposed to do. Electrolytes are magnesium, potassium and sodium, if you don’t take these it will be a lot more difficult to fast.
yeah I have LMNT 0 calorie electrolyte packets,

and yeah fasting is really good, i get crazy mental clarity from it and feel a lot less brain fog,

I’m thinking to go for either 96 (4 full days), 100 or beyond. I’m thinking beyond, but nothing too crazy. Like 6 hours or whatever. We’ll see.

I’ve got cursed fat-storing genetics (South Asian trait), so even at 69 kg I look like I’m 90 kg. I also don’t have developed muscles so I look skinny-fat even when I’m 52 kg, which I once was in 2019. :ROFLMAO:

Yes, I’ve almost gone down to my pre-ramadan weight (I was around 62 kg like 61.7 kg, then after Ramadan 69 kg, now 62,5 kg). What’s important now is maintenance, and avoiding overeating.

Sort of. I stay away from major sins (pre-marital sex, dating, alcohol, gambling, I eat permissible food), but I don’t pray (which is what separates a believer from a non-believer, and thus I am worse than most muzzies who despite doing major sins also pray).
I appreciate the post gengar but pls post ur b4 and after stats, include pics if u can. maybe even get some bloodwork done

I started last year initially, between April or May at 85 kg and at the end of October I was 60 kg. I did 10 days of fasting spread over the first 4 weeks, afterwards I switched to OMAD. I don’t have any before and after pics. I managed to maintain for months, my weight would fluctuate between 60 and 65 kg constantly. This year, in March, because of Ramadan I ate a lot more than usual, and two times per day (pre-dawn & sunset), I ended up at ~69 kg. Wanted to lose that weight again after Ramadan but I had no motivation, however 10 days ago I just decided to do it. This is my second fasting streak, I lost much more weight during my first week (1 kg per day), now it’s slowed down to 0,5 kg per day). I’m currently 62.5 kg!

i used to fast once day a week (meaning over 24 hours) i dont do this consistently now as i broke the habit

i used to fast once day a week (meaning over 24 hours) i dont do this consistently now as i broke the habit
I’m going to stop this too, I don’t even need it. I was still in the 60s range when I started, felt it was necessary to just make sure I keep below 70. :)

yeah thats what made me think he faked his 30 day water fast, how the fuck did he just break it and go straight into huge meals like that?

Surprised he didn't end up in the ER

I just learned all this, I made the same mistake when did 5 days the first time. I ate a large pizza, boneness fried chicken and sushi. Ended up getting a diarrhoea attack at my friend’s place. :ROFLMAO:

It’s possible he faked it, not to mention after a couple of days of fasting, you get full much easier and this guy is enjoying all of it. Doesn’t seem genuine. :forcedsmile:

I did OMAD, I just ate whatever. Usually what was made at home (Pakistani dishes), sometimes goyslop. Oh and there was a period I was eating around two boxes of sushi a night. :feelshaha: 64 pieces. :ogre: I get so bloated and fat because of sushi. :pepefrown:
