Basically I was doing everything fine before yesterday, but yesterday and today I had two very big cheat meals (I look like a balloon now). How can I get back to whatever I looking like 2-3 days before. It's 5pm rn here

How much furosemide or torsemide? I got both
Also do I also need to do cardio with them

Furosemide is very strong for your case—unless you need to reduce bloating quickly for an important occasion (like a party or event). Hydrochlorothiazide, combined with good water intake and sweating to further eliminate fluid retention, is the best option.

Increase your water intake, cut back on sodium, and boost your intake of potassium and Vitamin C. Try to sweat a lot, and one day before the event, take 40mg of furosemide; don't take it too close to the time of the event, though, because it makes you urinate frequently.

I know that taking furosemide occasionally—when you feel it's necessary—can be effective, but I can't recommend a dosage for three days of use; besides, it can be dangerous and even fatal.

remember you gotta drink water all the time after taking furosemide since it can drain all the water from your body and your heart can stop
