alright that you don't even have moneyfor a gym scks. but if you really just want to slim down and dont want to keep muscle HIIT and circle training area great choice. for everyone who diets and wants to keep muscles those are a terrible option. since you dont have access to a gym your options to build muscles are so limited I wouldn't bother with it and go full on diet . especially since you don t want to be the fat kid anymore. you dont need to watch your protein intake really much. 80 grams to 100 grams are EASILY enough. if not too much and waste of money. on guessing you dont have a home gym. even tho you wont build any visible muscle I would stil advise you to integrate those circle trainings that involve pushups and that more weight focused stuff. it will give you a great base once you start the gym. also for maxing fatloss you should do it fasted inthe morning. burns 20% more fat than not fasted. also burns muscles if you do it too long over 1 hour , eaaa help prevent that tho. you dont need to be too scared of that tho. try to ALWAYS train at least 45 minutes . actual fat burn starts at 30 minutes of continued exercise ( lifting weights for example is not continues)I want to be 78 kg by June.

now fat burn mostly doesn happen through exercise in itself. it usually happens over the day by having less calories than you need. execrice is sort of the way to increase the amount of calories that you can eat.
tips how to keep your diet ... put toothpaste on your tongue before eating. kills the appetite . drink protein shake while eating. it saturates and kills appetite . drink caffeine like a mofoker...
in the end you dont have to watch out for alot since you just want to slim down.

Just eat a balanced diet in a moderate calorie deficit, do calorie cycling and exercise regularly tbh. Be patient
