Fastest method to lose weight?

One meal a day >1,000 calories. Bad for you if your diet is one-sided though and your sex and thyroid hormones will definitely drop

Just eat a balanced diet in a moderate calorie deficit, do calorie cycling and exercise regularly tbh. Be patient

What are some good methods of lowering Cortisol? The only one i know of atm besides ashwaganda is CBD
Not too much of a deficit, high carb, milk, sleep enough and go to bed early, trimethylglycine, meditation, reduce inflammation

Depends on whether you have excess inflammation and where it‘s coming from. Eat more antioxidants, take vitamin C. Many naturally occuring polyphenols like curcumin, quercetin and luteolin also have anti-inflammatory effects

How do you know all of this stuff?
 
I'm starting tomorrow.
First i'll implement 1800 calories, fasting window after i come back from school.
After a week i'll start integrating jumping rope and a week later bodyweight cicuits
If that’s about 300-500 under ur maintenance that’s good but don’t drop too low coz everyone plateaus and u will have to cut it down more or train more

based, i take curcumin supps daily tbh
 
how do you lose weight? caloric deficit. what is the biggest possible cut? 0 calories, which leads us to? fasting.
