I’m 19 years old 6’1 184 pounds, around 18% body fat. I weighed 150 2 years ago and was able to bulk to 184, mainly muscle but obviously with a bit of fat. I want to cut down to 170-175 as fast as I can while maintaining as much muscle as possible. I am currently in a 500 cal deficit but I feel like the progress is still slow. Is there anything I can do to lose body fat quicker without fucking my muscles
