fastest way to get abs? healthy looking way, not skinny

i was on a 1700 calorie deficit for 2 weeks and i was doing abs 3 times a week, no progress overall 17 5'10 64kg:feelswhy:

Might just have bad abs genetics if you’re lean and they still don’t pop (rep btw pls)

Optimize sleep, perfect diet, low Stress, good hormone balance and you will be lean naturally,I don't suggest calorie deficit because you have to find something that you enjoy and that's sustainable also 64kg at 5'10 and having no abs means you are severely under muscled unfortunately

Yeah. If it still doesn’t work then you might have just not inherited your dad’s genes (don’t forget this one)

hmm i see, i mean i got a good chest, shaped arms, you can slightly tell i workout. (athletic build)

i guess i got shit ab genetics, ill just have to spam it until i get them :feelswhy:
 
I get abs when I am pumped after an upper body workout and during no pump, just light visibility
 
avoid cope exercises to get abs such as planks, In my opinion declined crunches with weight are the best ones. 8 to 15 reps. when you hit 15, you increase the weight and repeat
