Fastest way to get rid of red acne scars

I have no more active acne all scars but it still looks pretty red whats the fastest way to get rid of them? I have tret but not sure if it would help

looks like post inflammatory erythmia, it will likely fade over time a bit but to get rid of it
-microneedle
-laser co2 treatments (if u somehow have no effects from the microneedling)
