Even at 9-5 jobs you repeat the same thing over and over you don't really use your brain actively all that much.

I myself struggle with social media at most times and have this issue myself. I think a big part of it was also when I broke my 2 month nofap streak due to lust waves getting me at the point of no return.

I lost consistency in hobbies and actually learning and trying to get myself back on doing the things I previously did
