I was just running and judo excercises + some calisthenics in the moring, when it got little darker I was doing 30 second sprints that decreased by 1 second each time, like 30 for the first 29 on second and so on, did this like 8 time, it was hard though i had the best endurance and cardio in whole judo club and still struggling.
