I did 6 times a week 2 times a day, lost 5 kg of fat and gained muscle + endurance for judo training in about 2 months and wasnt even eating less, but it was too extreme, 4 times a week 1 times a day will be good if mixed with intermittent fasting

how did you sprint was it like 30 seconds you run as fast as possible and 30 second break? also how much distance

I was just running and judo excercises + some calisthenics in the moring, when it got little darker I was doing 30 second sprints that decreased by 1 second each time, like 30 for the first 29 on second and so on, did this like 8 time, it was hard though i had the best endurance and cardio in whole judo club and still struggling. Rest time depends on you but its good to be 90 seconds between each rep, sprinting also helps with testosterone and hgh by very much studies and doctors also recommend it, do it shirtless in the sun as well for better D vitamin if possible. Gotta start it again when sun shines in my place :feelshah:
 
The fastest way is prob eat in like a 400 caloric deficit and do hours of cardio. It will never be fast and easy if your goal is to lose fat only. B igger deficits will make you lose muscle aswell.

2000 calories a day atleast 150 grams of protein idgash abt how many carbs or fats you eat you decide
