im on a 24 hour fast currently and considering pushing it to 48 hours, and doing a 48 hour fast once or twice a week.
remember reading in BOTB how a 3 day fast results in 325% increase in hgh production while a 7 day fast leads to a 1250% increase in hgh production
I see only benefits it seems to good to be true, lower insulin resistance, crazy hgh, higher igf-1, body uses fat as fuel during this time while barely using muscle
so tempted the only con is fucking starving but I'm used to ts cut 45 pounds in 2 months back when I was 12 years old
