With what should I break my 36-hour fast that will boost my igf-1 so my bones grow can I try it with potatoes and raw milk?

fasting is cope for hgh and igf-1, these levels only increase to keep your body from literally eating itself and from bones evaporating in thin air. It won't produce an excess of these hormones that could give you an effect on height. Everything heightmaxxing related is cope, LL or death

Just inject 4IU's HGH (the more the better :lul:) and get on an aromatase inhibitor + blast test

Even this could be cope :feelswhy:

But still better than the cost of leg lengthening imo, it's worth the try

Protein, meat, also increased hgh during fasting is your bodies way of protecting muscle from breaking down, you will not grow if your caloric needs aren't met. You do become more sensitive to insulin tho
