Well, taking hgh will close your plates early. It isnt bs lol. But its not a bad thing, the hgh will already push your plates to their genetic potential & then close it

IGF has only mild effect on growth plate closure and if you take AI you're not trying to crash your estrogen. You don't need that much estrogen for conversion anyways.

Hgh does close plates early marginally, but it also drastically helps you reach your height potential(can't increase height potential though). My parents are 170 cm and 158 cm, I've been taking somatrogon(45 iu) weekly for around 2 years now and I'm almost 180 cm even with my shitty asian genetics, so hgh isn't cope only if you get your bloodwork done becausse hgh has most if you already have a growth hormone deficiency like I did, but it can still work even if you don't.

yeah honestly i made this thread because i apparently ekther drastically misunderstood something or someone gave me misinformation

ive akways believed that igf-1 alone will close growth plates, and therefore it made no sense to me
