If you are in puberty
Fasting boosts HGH, also no one can actually get malnutritioned if they eat proper food in their meal time. You should also be supplementing any vitamins that are hard to get. Like Magnesium and D3. If you eat enough animal products, you'll get most of your vitamins from there. Its over for faggot vegan copers though.
