im 17 trying to lose bf
dont really want to have crashes all the time cuz of eating 1700cals a day

which option is "healthier"/more effective

continue eating in a deficit and stop all eating by 8-9 pm then just drink water and fast till the next day 12 pm so you'll be "burning" fat during that 16 hour fasted state

Don't starvemaxx at your age, eat properly. U can lose bf when u are 18+, in that way your body will take all the nutrients that it needs for your growth in general

wait a year bro. Plus, if u are bloated probably is for retaining water, drink 4L or so a day for a couple weeks and wait for the results, if that doesn't work and u really want to lower your bf do cardio

im doing cardio 4times a week

12pm-8pm eating
rest fasting
