1. It it okay to have black coffee while on a fast?

2. Should I drink as much water as possible or as little water as possible during a fast?

3. What should I break my fast with? I hear people say salt for the electrolytes.

no dont have coffee
dont drink as much water as possible but if your fasting for 16 hours drink like 2-3 liters
idk i usually drink milk or eat eggs after im done fasting

Is it okay to have carbonated beverages like a bubbly while on the fast?

Yes, zero versions. That is like 0-2 calories per can. Some zero beverages are 7 calories per can, I always skip those

well how often do you fast
 
sprinkle some salt in the water, you will need electrolytes. you dont need to "break the fast with it"

old but coffee is good, teas are good, bone broth good, squeezing 0 calorie flavors in water is good.

All of these provide you with variety so you dont get bored, chewing gum is good.

diet soda works but it does numbers on your organ health.

Orihiro Konjac Jelly rly good but too much will make you shit out a river

flavored electrolyte drinks, gatorade, your own etc work.


Water is fine but remember, the "dizzy, shitty nausea" feeling comes from your electrolytes being unbalanced/ your nerves reacting to the fast. Its better to slowly sip out around 8 glasses of water with the electrolytes to keep going.

If you feel sweaty / heart palpatations time to quit.

if you feel like you have blurred vision time to quit

if you feel like your face changed colors time to quit

Stomach tightness is normal, cold feeling in hands and feet normal, dissassociation with your body slightly normal (unless you feel too faint) grip being weaker slowly normal.
