Fasting update

It's been 18hrs20m now

as you know I have also just completed a 40hr fast which i posted alot about

I had a big meal afterwards, it was 3500 calories and since I finished that meal I have been fasting with the goal being 36hours

Last time I was exhausted quite alot but not particularly hungry, this time I'm quite hungry but not particularly exhausted at all

I will be consuming about 3L of pepsi max from now till breaking the fast

Whats the reason ur fasting for?

Instead of eating after hours a large meal
Why don't u just hop on a caloric deficit?
It needs to be quick

I won't eat a big meal after this one
