Just as i wrote above, but the main thing is caloric deficit, so the best things to eat are vegan products with low glicemic index at least 2 days after fasting

I liked OMAD but it wasn’t that sustainable for me so I suppose regular intermittent fasting (18:6) is ideal, at least for me.
That being said, even then I had to watch out what I was eating and how much as I’d usually just eat a lot more in those six hours than usual.
