Fat autistic kid with hhtn potential

There's a kid in my 3rd period whose super autistic and really obese but his eye area is genuinely like a 6.75 -7 outta ten he has great coloring he has no signs of recession even though he mouth breathes. And his brows are insane there pretty low set and really positively tilted and thick. Its pretty unfortunate that hes fat and ND cause he could be really good looking. someone else should've been him so he could fulfill his potential
