Fat cheeks at 10-11BF%

My abs are quite visible unflexed with artifical lightings

anyway my scale tells me I have this BF and I don't think it's not possible I have this BF

I'm like 59kg at 171cm so it does make sense

Yet my face is undefined, even though it gets better when I'm completely water depleted, I even use sauna to lose excess water

But I don't want to rely on sauna everyday to look semi-human, so I'm considering buccal fat removal, I think I've nothing to lose, I'm 27 years old, so I'm not that young, my psychiatrist tells me people lose fat in their face as they get older, but so what ? I must wait to be 50 years old to have a lean face ? and some people get a fatter face when they get older because they have more trouble to keep a low BF so their face isn't lean

I start tomorrow a vitamin C cure to help with facial definition.

I think vitamin c helps a bit but I think surgery is the only legit cope

The only explanation is that your face is long and narrow and there is no space for the fat on your face to distribute itself properly. You need a wider and more compact skull plus bigger masseter muscles, so that fat can actually spread itself properly.
