Yes I am chewing 5 times a week for 2 hours. I’ve been doing that since april. That’s why I say low body fat is key. No amount of chewing will help if fat.

I had your same routine with one stick of soft gum and developed TMJ

now my jaw does fucking weird shit and get a pounding headache if I chew something too hard
