fat craft or injection over jaw implant dehiscence ?

some patients and surgerons talk about fat craft or injection over the implant (hyaluronic acid or botox) but wouldn't this botch the angles results ?
or cause erosion of the implant ?

I don't know where I read it but also you can put a small implant around your current implant if you got deshiscence. To make it look soft or more natural

yeah you mean like sillicon or a soft matter
but imo its only gonna make it worse

yeah but they have bad reputation and health issues
i think injections are safer but i was asking if they can cause erosion
