Fat dissolver in Mandible?

Has anyone ever injected fat dissolver around/under the mandible? I know there’s a major artery there but i’d really like to get rid of the fat there if it is somehow possible to avoid the artery?

Your probably just to fat, lean down and then decide where you want to dissolve your fat.
