FAT DISSOLVER TO FIX NEGATIVE HOODING? TOO THICK EYELID.

I don't like my eyelids, it's thick and NCT.
I always have to strain the muscles near my eyes and ears to lift the drooping eyelid and make it look PCT (like in 2nd pic, kinda bad pic tho).

Sometimes I massage the eyelid and it becomes very nice and eye area gets better but it's effect is only for 2 minutes like orbicularis oculi training.
Well, I want to inject a fat dissolver to make it look more better. I'm so fkin tired of that, I feel happy but I look in the mirror and see these sad eyes wtf

Which fat dissolver should I use? Will it help me? Are there people who have done it here? I really need your help.
Please tell me your thoughts and all methods how to fix it beside blepharoplasty.

fat dissolvers wont fix muscle or skin issues bro you need to focus on muscle tone or consider surgery like bleph for a real change save your money unless youre coping long term JFL.

u dont need fat dissolver bro and injecting anywhere near ur eyes is giga autistic and almost always goes wrong
