what do you wanna know
if they can be used to shrink the malar fat pads. im skinny and have pretty good angularity but the malar fat pads are clearly oversized and positioned low which almost pushes the face down creating nasofolds. looks like shit in bad lighting. had it my whole life, definitely not volume loss or anything like that

You draw the injection spots, clean it, then make the injections, it’s not that hard
well yes except theres quite a lot of risk and im not 100% certain at this point that it would benefit me

Just stop wining and do it already, there more you look into it the more copes that you’ll find

Works but slowly. You need multiple sessions and you look like a bloatfish for two weeks after. Plenty users have tried it and gave up due to how long you need to be pufferfishmaxed for after it.

There is no chance you do “too much” since it takes so many sessions for it to be complete. It is relatively safe given you have basic soft-tissue knowledge of the face.

well i was mainly thinking of how it could be used to shrink the malar fat pads to soften the nasofolds but ive come to conclusion its most likely some sort of recession in the canine fossa for me. will try pyriform filler close to the bone to replicate better support in that area and decrease shadowing. from what i know that area almost never migrates

You’re right. Filler in a low-mobility zone very seldom migrates. Plane choice and low volumes keep the risk pretty low. You might want to consider LF1; I’ve forgot what you look like, so I can’t recommend you it. Fat grafts and paranasal implants you should have a solid look at too.

hey, just wanted to confirm, you're referring to malar lines caused by infra recession, right?

I have malar lines similar to this woman with the under eye hollowing, was wondering if pyriform filler by the infras could resolve the issue?

i do have the undereye lines but theyre barely noticeable and its about to the same extent as most people have
my nasofolds are horrendous for my age, ive always had hollowing in that area but as i got skinnier in my late teens its become more noticeable

underye hollowing without the lines is interesting, would that be a fat issue rather than bone-related?

I have these malar lines, caused by infra recession

As you can see from this 2/3rd photo, it creates an underye hollowing due to recessed infras

I was wondering if there was a solution other than implants & fat grafting that could resolve this issue

If a full face photo would help, please lmk
I can send in pms

Opt for implants and fat grafts. They’re the best solution by far.

is the "uncanny" stereotype regarding infra implants a myth? I've heard that sentiment a few times from users here

It’s called Zimbabwe doctoring, not the nature of infras or even infra-malars. It’s just like implants which extend to the cheekbones usually need more revisions than a typical infra.
