Fat dissolving candidate?

Am I honestly a good candidate for Aqualyx LB / Kybella/Belkyra because im lean but this soft pad under my chin annoys the shit out of me. I want it tight tight over there but I feel like it will be a waste of money if I spent it on a fat disolving treatment because of the amount of "fat"

Yeah did filler today and doing more in a week or so.. first surgery will be a genioplasty

Im lean rn let say around 11% BF but minox oral is making me bloated af so that could be the main reason of the under chin that combined with small soft tissue
