My questions:

Needle length for buccal fat pad when injecting intraorally (from the inside)????

Needle length to reach subq layer of fat on the face/cheeks?

Needle length for the double chin and gonials?

How much injection sites for each space ideally?


I’ve gotten mixed opinions, some saying 5mm, some saying 15mm on the subq layer and etc so I just want a firm answer

blud if you have a double chin you need to reach an acceptable bodyfat percentage, or check your hyoid bone position

I’m pretty sure you 14-16 percent body fat percentage is an acceptable percentage to start realizing that it’s just your big buccal fat pads. I used to be like 12 percent but still had chubby cheeks.

I would to drop to like 8 percent but I’m still growing and don’t want to stunt my growth.

And my bones are relatively fine for the most part, revealed my face to only one single person on this forum and he agreed as well
