alright so what you're looking for is deoxycholic acid solution. that's the actual active ingredient in kybella. you can source it from research chem suppliers or overseas pharmacy sites. get it at 10mg/mL concentration

for the protocol. clean the area with alcohol. mark out a grid pattern with dots spaced about 1cm apart over the fat pad you're targeting. use 29-31 gauge insulin syringes. inject 0.2mL per site. subcutaneous only. don't go deep enough to hit muscle. ice before and after. the swelling will be brutal for a week or two. that's normal. that's the acid destroying fat cells. don't exceed like 50 injection sites per session. wait 4-6 weeks minimum between sessions. most people need 3-6 sessions total

no. fat dissolving is the opposite of what you want for hollows. deoxycholic acid destroys fat cells. if your face is already hollow you'd be removing the little volume you have left and making it worse. you'd end up looking gaunt and aged
