Fat distribution

If you have shitty fat distribution on body (lovehandles, stomach fat) is it worth it to wait until 12% body fat hoping it might look good then or just go ahead with lipo on those areas? 20% bf currently

Ideally you should lose as much weight as possible and then get the whole surgery thing. Otherwise what's the point? Slightly less fat under the skin?

some people who get lipo get the fat sucked out so they look skinny but their face is still fat. its a weird look

Well i know plenty of friends with 20% bf and they look lower bf then they are cause their fat is more evenly distributed in legs or other places. Im just worried lovehandles will be the last to go and want to speed up the process

lose fat first and then see.

they ahve different fat distrubtion because of hormones
check your Testosterone, Estradiol, Prolactin and Thyroid levels.
