It is true that once you reach low bodyfat then u do a lean bulk for example the fat distribution change due hormonal changes ?

Bcuz i see offten when someone which had to cut last 5 kgs to get abs and jawline, after that if he slowly gain weight after +5 kg he will still have abs and visible jaw

I think its dietary related? trans fat / high gi packed food tends to increase peripheral fat (hip fat basically) while fat in non processed foods distribute more evenly around the body

It's because all the fat you're gaining is turning into muscle and thus you're not increasing body fat percentage

From experience this is false

And science proves this to be false tons of time.

OP you're question is super interesting and I think it really depends a lot, when you look at bodybuilders (natty ones), most of them have a very defined jawline at low body fat, which tend to let me think that with hitting the gym and building a lot a muscle your fat distribution change over time. Tons of people seem to lose their baby fat face after gymmaxing and cutting but others don't, I think it's related to cortisol a lot and estrogeneous fatty tissues.

i was never lean and i will not lose my facefat untill i go below 60 kg . but after i gain it back i think most likely the fat distribution will change

I've tried to go that low it just makes you looks malnourished and personnally my body retain the face fat.
I'm hoping to bulk to 80kg to attain 10% bf and see if the fat melt with all the muscle.
Starvemaxxing never works man, leanmaxxing is legit but you need muscle or good fat distribution (which most people starvemaxxing don't have)

my fat distribution shifted over time I used to store everything in my stomach, now it spreads evenly, I still have a lot on my back though.
