I've always been skinny/lean during my early years.
I started a bulk at 15 yo and gained 25kg (from 55 to 80kg, for roughly 180cm) over 2 years.
I didn't build much muscle bc it did it poorly.
I wasn't even that fat, but felt like shit compared to today, 71kg, 12% bf 182cm.
If you always were fat, you don't know how it feels to be lean and "happy" with your body, looking good, being able to move around
And because you don't know how much you miss out on you get comfortable at 25% bf and think it's ok
