If yes then i am half way in looksmaxxing of my nose.

Is fat graft feasible for me?
what are downsides of it?

You have no idea of how your current nose will really look after Bimax, in relation to your new facial proportions, if I were you (but I'm not, so YDY), I would wait at least three weeks post-Bimax procedure, before re-assessing current nose situation.

don't know about tip but you can get a cartilage graft from your ear/rib/septum on your nose bridge

Get the cartilage graft. It can add to the illusion of hoodedness. The radix
