Hey guys just got fat graft done!!

Yesterday. Today is day 1 ofc.

Unfortunately, being a lower body fat percentage I got under filled and the doctor didn’t find much fat to take. Here’s my physique for example

They took fat out of my thighs only like 10ccs,
Injected it into Supra orbital and temporal region, along with malar / right under infra.

22g blunt canula.
Done under local anesthesia. Pretty painless and not much swelling. Unfortunately, the doctor didn’t do my Infraorbital region as much as I wanted to. But I get a free refill in 4 months so that’s good!!

im getting lefort 1 next in March, and braces in 2 weeks! I’ll keep everyone posted on how the fat looks. I may get jaw filler too for my lower jaw as bimaxx is a cortisol spike.

this is the issue when trying to recreate needed osteotomies with soft tissue. I have SEVERELY recessed infras and eyebags + a bad maxila. this is under sun lighitng it's literally sooo hideous hahaha

i wish there was a better fix for the vector undereyes besides implants / fat. i'll pray to gandy my eyes get fixed thooo

mirin got and same got a 26 inch or so waist and its fire. it was funny asf shopping for jeans cuase like none in the mens section fit me, so i had to get 28 inches ones and make a couple holes in my belt lmao

mirin the surgery for sure, defenetly not enough but hopefully fine the refill, lefort 1 will make you look like an uncanny dog, either get a lefort 2 or MARPE+Reverse pill headgear (convince ortho to get stronger elastics and for a longer period of time), the the headgear will pull the entire maxilla, giving maybe less forward growth but at least will be canny
