I'm fixing what is feasible and deficient first. Rhino, a near deadly expensive surgery, before LeFort / palate expander is out - would be low-IQ sequencing. I'm indian brah. Proud of my Enose

So I was planning to do periorbital area aswell with obviously overfilling the supra but would you say the fat grafting was worth it?

Ohh nice man all the best. Yeah, I think us young man retain 50% + when it's done correct and u recover well. Def overfill, supras are so important for dimo and soft tissue surgery mog osteotomies for eye ofc and u can't rlly get implants w out risk ngl so yeah fat graft worth it. eyes r law

mirin the surgery for sure, defenetly not enough but hopefully fine the refill, lefort 1 will make you look like an uncanny dog, either get a lefort 2 or MARPE+Reverse pill headgear (convince ortho to get stronger elastics and for a longer period of time), the the headgear will pull the entire maxilla, giving maybe less forward growth but at least will be canny

How would lefort one make him uncanny?
He could fraud infra support with infra implants I don’t think he needs lefort 2

yeah, they often stick out of the infra rim if not saddled with good material. I reckon for projecting zygos / supras / infras - if done properly you can ascend like @Linoob dude, but most times soft tissue surgery with lf1 / jaw filler / misc fixing / rhino could offer enough.

I did not, def some methods can be used to retain fat more.

Rapamycin, Bpc, tb-500, viagra, proparanolol, and oral arnica would help.

Fat grafting funny enough, helps DJS recovery too.. Cool study on that here.
It adds stem cells + fixes irregularities post op.

20cc in total I believe (I was loopy off da sedatives) 10 cc each thigh,

4cc temporal region
2 Supra
4 infra / malar / mid face I believe

I assumed going into the fat graft at a lower body-fat percentage would be preferable because it gives the surgeon a more accurate view of my baseline soft-tissue deficit.

If I bulked seriously beforehand and was at 18-21%, some of the added facial adiposity could temporarily mask the true degree of infraorbital hollowing.

Also, grafting while heavier and then cutting substantially afterward could reduce the amount of fat I got added to infras just intuitvely.
Being lean is based because u can get fat at a low body fat, if u bulk up later than u just get more fat lol..

Very shitty idea btw, because if you bulk to lets say 15% bodyfat for the surgery, and lets say 4 months post op decide to cut to 10% bodyfat, you will lose your fat graft gains for as long as you don't go back up to 15% bodyfat.

You should be as humanly shredded as possible pre-op. If you get fat grafted to your eyes, you can find enough fat even in the most leanest individuals who are like 6-8% bodyfat.

The fat storage pill is brutal for surgeons though. I lowk got BOTCHED since he took that shii outta my thighs instead of mid section (he usually does foids ts why)

When selecting the surgeon / harvest site for anyone chose someone who knows how to take fat outta guy spots haha
