See the difference to the eye area? UEE vastly reduced, less bulging eyes at lower part of eye, more of a horizontal line to eye shape.

My eyebrows will probably lower when the swelling and bruising goes down but dayuuuum!!!, I'm so happy with these results of this surgery so far only 7 days after.

Giving soft tissue support to eye orbitals is really underrated. This is very much the case if you have a lot of skull mass like me, the bones are good but the soft tissue is spread too thin and your eye orbits becomes too lean and hollow. I basically had no soft tissue support to my eye orbits, now I do. It gives me a much healthier and robust look (when you ignore the bruising).

I also did nasolabial lines, but I can't really see it while I still have bandages on.

Btw this is what I looked like post op :lul:

Hi Bro, excellent result. I've been a long time sub of your channel. Please DM me your surgeon, the result is promising and you paid a great price!

Amazing results, im also interested if you can dm the surgeon name

Pm me if ur serious about getting it done
Yo I don’t got enough reps to pm you but could you let me know what surgeon he got the fat grafting with? Would be greatly appreciated

Best money I've spent in my life.

I had zero fat cells in supra / infra orbital region when I was 20 years old and obese. Now I do in my 30s, what a great roi.

I love you bro but you look aspie asf in the last vid.

Can’t wait to get this procedure done, only one week till I get it with Dr Chi

OP, where exactly did u get ur fat grafts? Was it along the whole infra/supra area or just specific areas?

was this before your forehead botox? actually pretty impressive results if thats the case reduced your uee quite a bit

Not sure what you’re referring to as the “after” but this is the after. It helped a little, it will be better with some fat grafting.

u getting a canthopexy too?

Maybe. It depends on if whatever I do for the lower orbit support manages to push the eyelid up on its own. I would need to be careful with cantho as I already have a near-excessive PCT.

It’s two words for the same thing…
Not really, while canto can be used to tighten up muscle laxity. Lower lid retraction is a different procedure for more extreme issues with lower lid musculature.

Typically its used to address complication from lower bleph, as one protentional complication is lower lid pulls down post procedure. But it can also be from a congenital/genetic source as well.

Also canthopexy is an easy to preform procedure, lower lid retraction repair is not.

its completely different things, but sometimes any procedure to elevate lid is called llrr and since lateral canthal work does something for lid elevation indirectly, cantho is sometimes used as an umbrella term

but retraction repair means direct work to elevate the lid centrally, not just the side effect from tightening the canthus. usually a spacer graft either of your own cartilage or palate or a foreign material. you need this if you have significant inferior scleral show. another technique is releasing the retractors but this will only reduce like 0.5 mm.

you have perfect canthal position but lid retraction/scleral show so this would be your indication
