do you need to wait until all the filler is dissolved (i.e. 12+ months) before getting fat grafts to the same area to replace the filler long term?
or can the surgeon just perfectly dissolve all the HA and then do the fat grafting?
im asking because i have decided 100% on getting fat grafts early next year most likely, but i really want to do some filler for short term (chin/jaw, nothing crazy but mostly for symmetry)
so would it be a high time preference dumb low iq move to get filler now? or is it easy and routine for the surgeon to undo the filler before fat grafting?
like is there a risk that HA will dissolve AFTER the fat grafting and then you end up asymmetrical because only the fat remains?
